The Upper Ramble is the second and final half of the 50-acre park known as The Ramble. The Lower Ramble opened in September 2022. The Ramble will link some of the city’s key cultural destinations such as the Walton Arts Center, the Fayetteville Public Library, TheatreSquared, Nadine Baum Studios and the University of Arkansas’ Windgate Art and Design District. The Ramble project is part of a 2019 voter-approved bond package. Designs were funded by a grant from the Walton Family Foundation’s Design Excellence Program.
